The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of operations, including supply chain management, inventory control, production planning, and process optimization. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in operations management.
Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistency and compliance with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
Oversee all aspects of supply chain management, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
Optimize production processes to maximize efficiency and minimize costs while maintaining product quality and safety standards.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to align operations with overall business goals.
Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement in operations.
Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in operations management roles, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
