    Beauty Consultation Manager

    Job Summary

    • The Beauty Consultation Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating all aspects of the beauty consultation process to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction. This role involves managing a team of beauty consultants, overseeing client consultations, recommending appropriate beauty products and treatments, and maintaining high standards of professionalism and expertise.

    Job Description

    • Supervise and lead a team of beauty consultants, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
    • Develop and implement standardized procedures for conducting beauty consultations.
    • Ensure that consultations are conducted professionally and efficiently, with a focus on understanding the client's needs and preferences.
    • Oversee the scheduling of consultations to optimize client flow and minimize wait times.
    • Build strong relationships with clients by providing personalized recommendations and advice based on their individual beauty goals and concerns.
    • Address any client questions or concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive experience throughout the consultation process.
    • Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, products, and treatments in the industry.
    • Recommend appropriate skincare products, cosmetics, and treatments to clients based on their needs, preferences, and skin type.
    • Provide detailed information about product ingredients, benefits, and usage instructions to clients.
    • Drive sales of beauty products and treatments by effectively communicating the value proposition to clients.
    • Encourage upselling and cross-selling opportunities during consultations, while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
    • Track and analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
