    General Manager Sales and Marketing

    Job Summary:

    • The GM, Sales and Marketing, will be responsible for leading and overseeing all sales and marketing activities for Terra developers Limited.
    • This individual will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, establishing strategic partnerships, and promoting brand awareness.
    • Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the GM Sales and Marketing will develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets and market share objectives.
    • Lead and manage the sales and marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high performance and alignment with company goals.
    • Identify market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive activities to inform strategic decisionmaking and product development initiatives.
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, industry partners, and government agencies.
    • Drive the development of innovative marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments, such as design, construction, and finance, to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
    • Analyze sales data, marketing metrics, and customer feedback to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective measures as needed.
    • Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory requirements, and best practices in sales and marketing to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
    • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights, recommendations, and updates on sales and marketing activities.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification.
    • 2roven track record of success in sales and marketing leadership roles within the real estate industry, with a minimum of 10 years of experience. Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and sales methodologies in the real estate sector.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
    • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth, achieving targets, and delivering measurable outcomes.
    • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including team management, coaching, and performance optimization.
    • 8. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software; familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms is desirable.
    • 9. High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients and stakeholders.
