    Restaurant Manager

    Title: Restaurant Manager

    Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service, leading a team, and ensuring the overall success of the establishment. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, controlling costs, maintaining quality standards, and creating a positive dining experience for our guests.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Leadership and Team Management:

      • Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff.
      • Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback to ensure high-quality service.
      • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
      • Handle employee relations issues and resolve conflicts as they arise.
    2. Operations Management:

      • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
      • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and sanitation standards.
      • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
      • Manage restaurant budget and expenses to maximize profitability.
      • Implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.
    3. Customer Service:

      • Ensure that guests receive prompt, friendly, and personalized service.
      • Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
      • Monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvements as necessary.
      • Uphold the restaurant's reputation for excellence in hospitality.
    4. Quality Control:

      • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
      • Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and adherence to food safety protocols.
      • Address any issues related to food quality or service promptly and effectively.
    5. Business Development:

      • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
      • Collaborate with the culinary team to design menus and specials that meet customer preferences and market trends.
      • Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
    • Solid understanding of restaurant operations and financial management.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
    • Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
