    Sales Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Sales Strategy Development: Developing and implementing sales strategies to promote bread and ice cream products. This involves analyzing market trends, identifying target customer segments, and devising tactics to reach them effectively.
    • Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. This might involve handling inquiries, addressing complaints, and soliciting feedback to continuously improve products and services.
    • Order Management: Overseeing the process of taking and fulfilling orders for bread and ice cream products. This includes managing inventory levels, coordinating with production and Ice cream staff to ensure timely delivery, and resolving any issues that arise during the order fulfillment process.
    • Marketing and Promotion: Collaborating with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives to drive sales. This could involve organizing events, implementing loyalty programs, and utilizing various marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, and advertising.
    • Training and Development: Training and mentoring sales staff to ensure they have the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively sell bread and ice cream products. This might involve conducting sales training sessions, providing ongoing coaching, and setting performance targets.
    • Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitoring sales performance metrics and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth. This includes generating regular sales reports, conducting sales forecasts, and making recommendations based on insights gathered from sales data.
    • Budget Management: Developing and managing the sales department budget, including allocating resources effectively to support sales objectives while controlling costs.
    • Compliance and Regulation: Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards related to food safety, hygiene, and sales practices.
    • Partnership and Collaboration: Collaborating with suppliers, distributors, and other partners to optimize supply chain logistics and maximize sales opportunities.
    • Innovation and Product Development: Staying abreast of industry trends and consumer preferences to identify opportunities for product innovation and development. This might involve conducting market research, testing new product concepts, and adapting offerings to meet changing customer demands.
