    Internal Auditor

    Summary

    • We are looking to hire a professional internal auditor who will provide the company with guidance on financial accuracy, internal controls, and regulatory compliance. As an internal auditor, you will examine the operating practices and financial and risk management processes of the company.
    • To ensure success, the internal auditor must be a critical thinker with a keen interest in improving an organization’s internal control structure. possess remarkable presentation and report writing skills, and display incredible business acumen.

    Responsibilities:

    • Identify and assess areas of significant business risk.
    • Responsible for examining the company's financial records while identifying areas of risk or concern.
    • Be grounded in compliance analysis, knowledge of industry regulations and company policies, and also identify potential non-compliance.
    • Responsible for risk management and reviewing internal data and records, paying attention and looking for areas of financial and legal risk.
    • You are responsible for internal fraud and theft detection this can include misuse of funds, embezzlement, time fraud, and employee theft.
    • Implement best audit and business practices in line with applicable internal audit statements.
    • Manage resources and audit assignments.
    • Identify and reduce all business and financial risks through effective implementation and monitoring of controls.
    • Develop, implement, and maintain internal audit policies and procedures by local and international best practices.
    • Compile and implement the annual Internal Audit plan.
    • Conduct ad-hoc investigations into identified or reported risks.
    • Oversee risk-based audits covering operational and financial processes.
    • Ensure complete, accurate, and timely audit information is reported to Management and/or risk committees.
    • Overall supervision of planned annual audits.

    Requirements & Skills 

    • Degree in financial accounting or financial management 
    • 5 years of work experience as an internal auditor in a consulting firm.
    • Accreditation with the Institute of Internal Auditors.
    • Exceptional accounting skills.
    • Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
    • Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Excellent documentation, communication and IT skills.

    Finance & Admin Manager

    Job Summary

    • As the Finance and Admin Manager you will be charged with optimising our financial management procedures. you will lead the Finance Department and will be contributing to financial planning, preparing financial reports, and implementing best practices in financial administration.
    • To ensure success as a financial administrator, you should possess extensive knowledge of accounting principles and experience in a similar role. A top-notch financial administrator will be someone whose expertise translates into optimized financial processes and compliance with industry regulations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Gathering, analysing, and interpreting relevant financial data.
    • Lead our Finance Team.
    • Evaluating and optimizing financial controls and procedures.
    • Updating daily transaction records and assisting with payroll administration.
    • Managing accounts receivable and payable, as well as expenses.
    • Keeping records of invoices and tax payments, as well as reviewing and processing reimbursements.
    • Preparing income statements, balance sheets, and budgets.
    • Identifying financial liabilities and performing risk analysis on liquidity and cash flow.
    • Resolving account discrepancies and performing account reconciliation.
    • Preparing financial reports, including projected returns on investment and growth rates.
    • Keeping abreast of regulatory requirements and best practices in financial administration.
    • Strong end-to-end knowledge of invoice processing, and vendor master management.
    • Would be responsible for handling queries for vendor statement reconciliation through calls and emails.
    • Preparing Monthly Management account
    • Responsible for keeping the General Ledger, particularly fixed assets, inter-company, inventory, cash, and bank.
    • Responsible for liaising with tax consultants, Auditors, and Government Authorities.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in accounting or Finance
    • Must be a chartered accountant ICAN,ACCA
    • A minimum of 5 years experience as an accountant or finance Officer.
    • Advanced proficiency in accounting software, such as quick Books etc.
    • In-depth knowledge of financial controls and accounting standards.
    • Extensive experience in financial reporting.
    • Exceptional attention to detail.
    • Superb organizational and time management abilities.
    • Great collaboration and communication skills.

    Social Media Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client objectives, target audience, and industry trends.
    • Create engaging and relevant content for social media channels, including posts, images, videos, and other multimedia assets.

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
    • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices, with a strong understanding of audience behaviour and engagement metrics.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive content tailored to different platforms and audiences.
    • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design, aesthetics, and storytelling.
    • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights and recommendations.
    • Project management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
