    IT Administrator

    Responsibilities

    • Maintaining the IT environment.
    • Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software [including] peripherals.
    • Monitoring network performance and security to identify and troubleshoot any problems.
    • Performing regular backups of data and ensuring data recovery procedures are in place.
    • Upgrading existing systems and implementing new technologies as needed.

    Account Relationship Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs, challenges, and goals. Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
    • Account Growth and Retention: Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling of IT products and services.     • Client Communication and Feedback: Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on projects, services, and industry trends. Gather client feedback, assess satisfaction levels, and address any concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner.
    • Collaboration with Sales and Delivery Teams: Work closely with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and support the sales process with account insights and relationship management. Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful project implementation and client satisfaction.
    • Contract Management: Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and amendments with clients. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, service level agreements (SLAs), and terms and conditions.
    • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and customer satisfaction scores for client accounts. Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management to assess account health and performance.
    • Market and Competitor Analysis: Stay updated with market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities. Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to identify opportunities and threats in the market landscape.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field .
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, client relationship management, or sales in the IT industry.
    • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and achieving customer satisfaction targets.
    • Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions. Familiarity with cloud computing, cybersecurity, software development, and digital transformation trends is a plus.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple clients and priorities.

    Fireman Assistant

    Responsible & Duties

    • Assist in the implementation of Health, Safety and Environment best practices in the unit.
    • Ensure the up-to-date servicing of fire extinguishers at all time.
    • Assist in the implementation and ensuring compliance of all HSE policies.

    Requirements/Skills/Qualifications

    • Possess HND or B.Sc. in any Social Science discipline.
    • HSE training and other related certification.
    • Minimum of 2 to 3 years cognate experience preferably on Electrical Safety, fire fighting and prevention.
    • Certification as emergency medical technicians (EMT) is preferred
    • Working knowledge of firefighting equipment and apparatus

    Position Overview
